Podium - In-App Disputes
I oversaw and designed a new an improved process for resolving payment disputes in-app, resulting in improvement in case-wins and time saved.
Podium - Estimates
I led the creation of an estimates tool to facilitate merchant use, resulting in $12k of estimates created in the first two weeks of beta launch.
